John Foerster Law Student at the University of Notre Dame Law School
John Foerster is currently a law student at the University of Notre Dame Law School. At Notre Dame, John is an Executive Article Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and he recently completed an internship at the National Immigrant Justice Center working in their Federal Litigation group. He was a member of the precursor of the Purdue Institute for Civic Communication, Project Impact, and participated in the 2013 Maymester Program. Thanks to PICC, John was able to secure an internship with C-SPAN for the summer of 2013, where he worked with the International Programming Producer on events including the British Prime Minister’s Question Time. While at Purdue, John was a four year member of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club, one of the preeminent Glee Clubs in the country. In addition, he was a part of the Glee Club’s leadership and scholarship honorary, the Purdusirs where he led the Glee Club’s Advancement and Professional Development committees. John also participated in the Purdue History Department’s History Honor’s Program, and other programs like the Aprendiendo a Leer Spanish Service Learning Program.
John earned a B.A. from Purdue University in History, Political Science, and Spanish with a minor in Biology.
